  1. Payment Terms

    1. Research and design fee

      1. A non-refundable research and design fee  is required upfront to commence work on your itinerary. This fee covers the time and expertise involved in crafting a highly personalized travel experience. This fee does not include the cost of the actual trip or any bookings made on your behalf.

      2. The research and design fee must be paid in full before any travel arrangements or proposals are presented.

    2. Travel Booking

      1. To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit will be required by the travel vendor at the time of booking. The balance of your payment will be due as specified by the vendor, prior to your departure date. Payment deadlines will be communicated in your booking confirmation.

        Please note, all payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in your booking agreement

  2. Cancellation Policy

    1. Should you need to cancel your journey, we kindly ask that you notify us, in writing, at your earliest convenience. Any applicable cancellation fees will be determined by the service provider, including but not limited to air carriers, hotels, and cruise lines.

    2. In the event the client chooses not to proceed with the trip after the research and design phase, the research and design fee will be retained by the luxury travel advisor as compensation for time spent and services rendered.

  3. Changes and Modifications

    1. Any alterations to your booking may incur additional charges and are subject to the availability of services at the time of the request. We will strive to accommodate your preferences, though any changes are contingent on the policies of the service providers.

  4. Travel Insurance

    1. To safeguard your travel investment, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, offering protection against unexpected circumstances.

  5. Refund and Return Policy
